Fuddle is a spell in the Dragon Quest series. It has a 100% chance to confuse a group of enemies, barring resistance, and costs 5 mp.

Fuddle itself doesn't appear in II per se, but it's effect is present as one of the results of Hocus Pocus.

Dragon Quest III

Fuddle debuts as a proper spell in III, withMagi and Sages will learn it at level 27. The spell targets only a single enemy, somewhat limiting it's usefulness compared to Snooze and Dazzle.
