Fuddle is a recurring debilitating spell in the Dragon Quest series that was introduced in Dragon Quest III. It has a 100% chance to confuse a group of enemies, barring resistance, and costs 5 mp in all appearances. It is the diminutive form of Kafuddle and is often learned by Magi.

Dragon Quest II
Fuddle itself does not appear in II per se, but the confusion status effect is present as one of the results of Hocus Pocus.
Dragon Quest III
Fuddle debuts as a proper spell in III, with Magi and Sages learning it at level 27. The spell targets only a single enemy, somewhat limiting its usefulness compared to Snooze and Dazzle.
