Dragon Quest Monsters 2

Geyser is an interesting skill, in that it functions both as a one-turn stun and a damaging move. When used, it first attempts to launch an enemy high into the sky with a sudden burst of water, and if successful the target will take between 12.5% and 50% damage. The skill doesn't use the same resistance tag as other stun abilities, and instead relies on a foe's vulnerability to water. If the move fails, the foe will land safely and take no damage.

It is learned naturally by the Beavern, Aquarella, Octoreach, SeaHorse, and WhaleMage monsters and requires any of them to be at level 22 with a max HP of 140, an attack of 120, agility of 120, and a wisdom of 288. It costs 2 MP to use, and can also be learned as a combo skill by any monster that has the aforementioned stats along with the Boulder Toss and HighJump skills.

Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker 1 & 2

Geyser costs 10 MP to use and hits all enemies for 80~95 damage, using the ice-element as there is no distinct water-element in the Joker games. In the first title it is learned through the Diamagon and Diamagon II skill sets, and in the sequel via Aquapothecary, Aquarion, and Khalimari.
