The Goddess Ring is a recurring accessory in the Dragon Quest series which first appeared in the Super Famicom remake of Dragon Quest III. It generally increases wisdom by a large number, as well as allowing the wearer to recover MP on the overworld by walking (similar to the Happy Hat).

A Goddess ring can be sold for 12,750 gold. They have a defense bonus of +22, increase intellect by 33 points, and restore 1 MP for every four steps walked when equipped. The Hero, Warriors, Martial Artists, Mages, Clerics, Thieves, Dealers, Jesters, and Sages can equip it.
Dragon Quest IV (remakes only)
The Goddess Ring is an accessory that increases wisdom and defense by 33, and restores MP while walking. It can be equipped by Hero (Dragon Quest IV), Alena, Kiryl, Maya and Meena. It is of particular interest for the Hero, as unlike Kiryl, Maya and Meena he can't equip the Happy Hat, and unlike Alena, he can benefit from the increased wisdom and MP recovery.
