The Golden claws are a pair of cursed claws that draw monsters to the wearer en mass.

Dragon Quest III: The Seeds of Salvation

The weapon has an attack bonus of +55. It can be found in the Pyramid, and sold for 11,250 gold in the weapon/armour shops. It has a curse that means the party will encounter a battle at every step as soon as they possess it until they sell or discard the gauntlet. In the remakes of III, the claws will only force battles while within the tomb.
