Heavy Blow can be learned by Metal dragon at level 31 and costs 20 MP to use. It inflicts 195% potency physical damage to a single enemy. Liege lizard can also learn the perk Sporadic Heavy Blow Follow-Up with 400 awakening points, which gives it a 40% chance of using Heavy Blow against the enemy it is attacking if they are within range.
