The Hero Spear is a recurring weapon in the Dragon Quest franchise. When it successfully lands a hit on an enemy it restores a 25% of the damage to the wielder's health, making it a very useful weapon.

The hero spear has an attack bonus of +100. It is the reward for clearing Rank A in the Monster Arena.
