Kikuko Inoue (井上 喜久子, Inoue Kikuko, born September 25, 1964) is a Japanese voice actress. She has voiced several characters in the Dragon Quest series over the years, beginning with Nera Briscoletti in the Dragon Quest V CD Theater, eventually returning in 2015 to voice Queen Cletia in Dragon Quest Heroes II and the Luminary's mother Queen Eleanor in the S version of Dragon Quest XI.

Inoue is well-known for playing "perfect girlfriend" or motherly roles in anime, but she has also played more sultry or seductive characters, as well. She is best friends with fellow voice actress, Atsuko Tanaka. In 2009, she founded her own voice acting management firm named Office Anemone.
