Leafy larrikin

The leafy larrikin is an animated, cyclopean plant reminiscent of an autumn maple leaf. It protects its stubby roots with geta clogs, giving it a rare Japanese touch.

Etymology

  • A Larrikin refers to a bad mannered young man with little regard for common social conventions.
  • Bud Brother is a play on the term Blood brother, referring to the symbiotic relationship between the plants and the Badjas.
  • Shivery is derived from the word Shiver; I.E. to tremble when cold.
