The Massacre Sword is a recurring weapon in the Dragon Quest franchise. Despite being a powerful sword, it is a cursed item.

Dragon Quest IV
The massacre sword has an attack bonus of +120, and casts Kasap when used as a tool in battle.
It can be found in Porthtrunnel's Inn behind a Final Key door.
Dragon Quest V
The massacre sword has an attack bonus of +120. It can be found in Estark's Labyrinth.
Dragon Quest VI
The massacre sword has an attack bonus of +95 and style bonus of +15. It can be purchased in Greedmore Valley for 29,000 gold coins and sold for 21,750.
They are also sometimes dropped by Tormentaur.
Dragon Quest VII
The massacre sword has an attack bonus of +95 and an appearance bonus of +15. It can only be used by Kiefer and Aira. When used in battle, it can attack all enemies.
