The Medislime (originally Mighty Healer) is a monster from Dragon Quest IV. It is brown/beige Healslime with purple tentacles.

Medislimes are, simply put, brown and purple Healslimes. More specifically, the float-head is brown and the tentacles are purple.
Like the Cureslime being a step up from the Healslime, the Medislime is a step up from the Cureslime. It will appear alongside powerful monsters and drag out battles by healing its allies and itself.

- Rapheal, a Healslime scout in Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker, claims to have once been an ochre color prior to the burden of debt turning him blue. If this is true, he would have likely been a Medislime.
