Mythril helm

The mythril helm is a recurring helmet in the Dragon Quest series that first appeared in the SNES remake of Dragon Quest III. It is a high-ranking helmet that provides a lot of defence.

The mythril helm has a defence bonus of +38. It can be equipped by the Hero, Warriors, Priests, Mages, Merchants, Thieves, and Sages and is sold in Tantegel for 18,000 gold. It only appears in the remakes and is the most powerful helmet for several classes.

Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten PastEdit

The mythril helm has a defence bonus of +32 and a style bonus of +17. It can be equipped by the Hero, Maribel, Sir Mervyn, and Aishe. Mythril helms can be purchased from the Divine Shrine and the Sea Dragon for 10,000 gold and sold for 5,000. They can also be won as prizes from the Lucky Panel at the Buccanham Casino.

Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed KingEdit

The mythril helm has a defence bonus of +38. It can be worn by the Hero and Angelo. It can be sold for 8,800 gold.
