Probing Tentacles is a skill that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest Tact. It is one of the Tentacular's signature abilities, drawing in any enemies in front of it closer with its long tentacles and striking them.

Probing Tentacles can be learned by Tentacular at level 42 and costs 42 MP to use. It inflicts moderate martial damage to all enemies in a range of three squares in front of the user, pulls them in one space closer, and has a chance to bind them.
