Ryō Horikawa (February 1, 1958) is a Japanese voice actor. He provided voice work for the CD Theater adaptation of Dragon Quest V: Hand of the Heavenly Bride. Besides that he has provided the voice of Vegeta on Akira Toriyama's anime (based on his manga) Dragonball Z and Dragon Ball Super, as well other other characters from the franchise such as:
