The Seed of luck is a recurring item in the Dragon Quest series that was introduced in Dragon Quest IV: Chapters of the Chosen. It permanently raises the Luck of a single party member by 1-3 points. It was retired along with the luck stat in Dragon Quest VI: Realms of Revelation and has not appeared in the series since.

Lucky seeds are carried by Heedoo voodoos (132), Lump wizards, Wyrtoises, Drac the Vlads (164), and Cureslimes, Waspions, Hell niños (1128). They can sold for 90 Gold Coins and found in:
