 ==THE PROGRAM==
@@ Line 5: / Line 5: @@
 In an effort to encourage more active participation among Dragon Quest fans, I am starting a participation/prize redemption program.  Participants will earn '''draques (D)''' which they can then use to acquire select Dragon Quest/gaming merchandise.  You will be able to track your draque balance [http://www.zenithia.com/draqueprogram/draquebalance.xls here].  Prizes will be redeemable based on a first come, first served basis.
-I anticipate running this program through ''November 2008''; depending on the level of use I may extend it longer or terminate early, but not before ''November 7, 2008''.  I reserve the right to make minor modifications throughout the program’s duration as needed, however, there will be no reduction of earned draques through taxation or currency devaluation, nor will prizes offered be removed except through purchases using draques.  Once a prize has been listed with a redemption value, the draque price will never be increased.
+I began this program with the hopes that this wiki would benefit from a flood of new users and great articles; while some of that has happened, it wasn't at the level I had hoped for.  This program was scheduled to end twice, and I've kept it open, but '''on December 31, 2009 I will end the program''' for good, and any unredeemed draques will become worthless.  The good news is that '''you can still earn draques and redeem them''' for the listed prizes '''until 11:59:59pm on December 31'''.
-Throughout the duration of the program, I intend to add additional prizes and new ways to acquire draques.
