Tomokazu Seki (関 智一, Seki Tomokazu, born September 8, 1972) is a Japanese voice actor. His first role in the Dragon Quest series was providing the voice of Will, the Hero in the Dragon Quest VI CD Theater in 1996. Seki eventually returned to the series more than 20 years later, providing the voice of Morcant, Monsieur le Principal Maxime Medaille, and the Tricky Devil in the Definitive Edition of Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age. He also voices Hadlar in the 2020 version of Dragon Quest: Dai no Daibouken. He is known for his versatility as a voice actor and for voicing hot-blooded male characters in various anime and video games.
