War drum

The War drum is a special item in Dragon Quest V. When used, it doubles all active party member's attack power for no MP. Making Oomph (which doubles only one party members attack for MP) extremely obsolete. It can only be gotten at the end of the game, so it's its understandable such a overpowered item would be gotten at the point where is would be literally useless if it weren't for the bonus-boss Estark.
