The Spring of Bravery is a required dungeon in order to find the [[Prince of Cannock]]. It is typically the first dungeon visited in the game. The [[Hero (Dragon Quest II)|hero]] must speak with the old man near the lake in order to ascertain the whereabouts of the Prince of Cannock and continue his search.
