Wind Blower is a skill introduced in Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker.
Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker[edit]
Wind Blower is learned by the Diemon and Phantom fencer. It grants the following abilities:

Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker 2[edit]
Demon Demeaner replaces Gust Slash and Wind Sickles replaces Slowing Slug. The other abilities remain unchanged.
