Windy Slice and Dice can be learned by Slionheart at level 51 and costs 52 MP to use. It inflicts 70% potency Woosh-type physical damage to one enemy four times and has a chance of lowering their DEF for 3 turns. Upgrading the ability increases its damage and reduces the amount of MP it costs to use.
