The Wrangler's Spirit is a mysterious trait possessed by Monster Wranglers that allows them to empower their party of pals once per battle.

Dragon Quest Monsters: The Withered World[edit]
Bianca and Nera are given this ability at a certain point in their adventure, presumably when Fluffy officially designates them as Monster Wranglers. The trait will trigger once per battle and its effect is based on the girls' personalities, with Bianca healing HP and pumping up the attack stat while Nera replenishes MP and bolsters defence. The Wrangler's Spirit is similar to the Rando-series of monster traits (Rando-Accel, Rando-Buff, etc), but will affect the entire party.
