After you free him from riding around in a mine cart, something he's been stuck in for the last 20 years, he joins your party, but he only talks to you and he never fights. Eventually the party finds their way to Zenithia, which has fallen into a lake, Dr. Agon uses his meditation powers to learn that the golden orb, one of the orbs that keeps Zenithia afloat, has been destroyed (in the beginning of the game, the hero aquires the orb, and it is later destroyed by Ladja). Dr. Agon stays in the castle while the party finds another gold orb. The hero actually travels back in time to when he had the orb before it was destroyed, and he switches the gold orb with a fake one and takes it from his past self. When the party returns, Zenithia is raised and Dr. Agon checks on his friends. Later, when the party find a dragon orb, they return to Zenithia to find Dr. Agon being questioned by real zenithians, because they say there isn't one of them by the name of Dr. Agon. Dr Agon will then ask for the dragon orb, and when you give it to him, he tranforms into his true form, the Zenith Dragon. He is then used to travel to Crodonopolis, a temple at the very top of a mountain. He can also be used to travel over any terrain at high speeds. After you defeat Grandmaster Nizmo, he will take you to many towns and let you talk to the people, eventually returning you to Gotha.

Dragon Quest V

He is known as Zenith Dragon in Dragon quest V. You first meet him as Pusan, a man claiming to be Zenithian. After you free him from riding around in a mine cart, something he's been stuck in for the last 20 years, he joins your party, but he only talks to you and he never fights. Eventually the party finds their way to Zenithia, which has fallen into a lake, Dr. Agon uses his meditation powers to learn that the Golden Orb, one of the orbs that keeps Zenithia afloat, has been destroyed (in the beginning of the game, the hero aquires the orb, and it is later destroyed by Gema). Pusan stays in the castle while the party finds another gold orb. The hero actually travels back in time to when he had the orb before it was destroyed, and he switches the gold orb with a fake one and takes it from his past self. When the party returns, Zenithia is raised and Pusan checks on his friends. Later, when the party finds the Dragon Orb, they return to Zenithia to find Pusan being questioned by real Zenithians, because they say there isn't one of them by the name of Pusan. Pusan will then ask for the Dragon Orb, and when you give it to him, he tranforms into his true form, the Zenith Dragon. He is then used to travel to the Great Temple, at the very top of a mountain. He can also be used to travel over any terrain at high speeds. After you defeat Mildrath, he will take you to many towns and let you talk to the people, eventually returning you to Granvania.
