Toshihiko Seki

Toshihiko Seki (関 俊彦, Seki Toshihiko, born June 11, 1962) is a Japanese voice actor. He provided the voice for Alef, the original Hero for the Dragon Quest I CD Theater in 1991. Seki has more than 200 voice acting credits to his name and he is also known for his live action drama work, as well.
