One-Liner is an ability in the Dragon Quest series. It has a chance of making a group of enemies fall over laughing, causing them to lose a turn.

One-Liner is learned by advancing to rank 5 as a Jester (rank 4 in the 3DS version). There is a long list of different jokes that the Jester can say in battle.
