In the original {{PSX}} version a character can only learn Omniheal by reaching rank 5 of the [[Platinum king jewel (vocation)|Platinum King Jewel]] vocation. It costs 20 {{MP}} to cast.
*In the {{3DS}} remake, it can also be learned by reaching rank 7 of the {{Hero V}} vocation.

It can be cast by the enemies [[epipany]], [[conkuisitor]], [[religious nut]] (though these three always fail to cast it), [[kernel of truth]], and [[king cureslime]].
