Their most notable feature is the cyclone that they ride around on, which they create with their legs and completely obscures the lower halves of their body. They are elemental spirits associated with wind and they attack their foes with [[Wind Sickles|sharp, cutting gales]]. When a Cyclown is defeated in {{IX}}, their whirlwind will disappear, revealing that their lower bodies are scrawny.
