The super seeds debuted in the [[Nintendo 3DS]] remake of {{Dragon Quest VII}} released in 2013, and have since spread throughout the series.

Super seeds of life increase a character's  by 7~9 points. They can be obtained as the first-clear rewards in the ''Slimetree Forest'' and ''Magooma Mountain'' [[Traveller's Tablet]]s. They can also be harvested from the [[mirror grimage]] DLC monsters at a 1/256 rate.

Super seeds of life are given out as possible rewards for completing [[Fizzy]]'s quickfire online battles in [[Rosehill Tower]], and can be left behind by monsters dismissed from the [[Monster Paddock]].
