As its name implies - it is a collection of four demonic heads. Three of the heads are tiny, round, one eyed demon heads. The one at the top is a two horned monster posessing long, wavy orange hair which covers both it and the rest of the heads. The other two in the center left and right respectively possess a single horn each and a pair of pointy ears. These three one-eyed demons ride atop a larger, humanoid shaped demon who has a wide face with two darkly evil eyes, pointy ears and a mouth holding some very sharp fangs. | |||
Taken together, at an initial glance (particularly in the original [[Super Famicom]] version's sprite) these monsters may not appear to be four demon heads at all - instead looking like a large three eyed monster, with the fourth and bottom-most monster's eyes resembling a pair of nostrils.
