Kappei Yamaguchi

Mitsuo Yamaguchi (山口 光雄, Yamaguchi Mitsuo, born May 23, 1965), known professionally as Kappei Yamaguchi (山口 勝平, Yamaguchi Kappei) is a Japanese voice actor. His first role in the Dragon Quest series was voicing Allen, the Prince of Lorasia for the Dragon Quest II CD Theater in 1991. He went on to voice Prince Harry for the Dragon Quest V CD Theater in 1994. He is one of the few Japanese voice actors that has made appearances at overseas conventions and events.
