The Disastropod is an aquatic monster introduced in Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past.
It can be found in the Sunken Citadel in the past, the Buccanham region in the past, and the Coral Cave in both the past and present.
Characteristics
Brightly coloured beasts that lure unsuspecting undersea adventurers in close with their shiny shells. They slam into foes at full force by rolling and ramming into foes, fully safe in their shells. Their silky slimy touch is also capable of putting adventurers in a state of paralysis, leaving them open to attack.
