There are only two of them in the game, setting a trap at Con Cave. When the lone Hero fell into a pit after battling 2 Frolickers, he encounters them chasing who appeared to be Maya and Meena Mahabala. It turned out that they were really Vampire bats in disguise. Together, all four of them attempt to defeat the Hero, only to fail.
