:I did some digging and the consensus on both sides of the Pacific is that the Critical Spell Rate ↑ raises the chance by +3% to match the weapon bonus. - I did some digging and the consensus on both sides of the Pacific is that the Critical Spell Rate ↑ raises the chance by +3% to match the weapon bonus. It hasn't been dug out of the game's code yet, but it does match up with the other bonuses and the logic is sound from a gameplay perspective (Follower of Light (talk) 10:59, 9 July 2023 (EDT))
