The Hell raiser is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series, first appearing in Dragon Quest IV.

It is a high-ranking monster that serves as a priest of hell.

Hell raisers are squat Undead priests with dark indigo skin, solid yellow eyes, along with skin and fins around their face that are also coloured yellow.
