The Bolt Rat, shortened to BoltRat due to space constraints, is a monster class in the game Dragon Quest VII.
Description
The Bolt Rat is a mix between a crab and a rat, colored blue. It offers a moderate boost in Guard.

The Bolt Rat heart can be found in battle with Bolt Rats. They can be found in the Sacred Tree in Krage, the Litorud and Hamelia regions, and in Baloch's tower in the present.
