Only appearing in the remakes, the garter has a {{Defence}} boost of +3, but more importantly changes the [[Personality]] of the wearer to [[Vamp]]. It can be equipped by any vocation as long as they are female. One can be obtained by turning in 10 [[Mini medal]]s to the collector in [[Aliahan]]. Another garter can be found onboard the [[Phantom Ship]]. The last garter can be found in a dresser at the {{Immigrant Town 3}}'s theater after defeating the [[Boss troll]] in [[Manoza]]. However, if the player waits too long and the town reaches its final stage, it will be replaced by a [[Dummy]] instead. The garter can be sold for 975 gold, but it is not recommended to do so as there is a limited amount in the game.

The garter has a {{Defence}} boost of +6. It can only be worn by [[Jessica Albert]], as well as [[Red]] in the Nintendo 3DS version. One can be found at [[Trodain]] castle, one in [[Baccarat]], and another at [[Red's Den]] in a {{chest}} requiring the [[Ultimate Key]]. It can be sold for 700 [[gold]] coins. The garter can be mixed with a [[Hunter's bow]] in the [[Alchemy Pot]] to create an [[Eros' bow]].

In this game, the garter is a unisex piece of equipment that can be equipped by all characters regardless of gender. The classic and luxury recipes for the garter can be dropped rarely by [[Minidemon]]s.
