Located deep in the mountains northwest of Dhama Shrine, the Castle of the Dragon Queen is is the home of the Dragon Queen, a protector of the world in Dragon Warrior III. It can also be argued that before the Dragon Quest III Remix came into existence that this was indeed the first celestial castle, though the only inhabitants are dwarfs and elves; there are no Zenithians present.
