Configuration

- Considering a quote box, but will wait to see how many good quotes are posted in the forums.
- Consider modifying the wiki logo again to give it a semi-transparent background. I'm not sure if this would look better, but it might.
Other
- Create a page in the Dragon Quest Wiki namespace for posting database dumps.
- Make a location in the directory structure for storing dumps.
- Figure out how to make a dump of all the images stored on the wiki. Add this to the dump article.
