The Psycho Psaro, formerly known as PsychoPiz, is a recurrent monster in the Monsters subseries and it was introduced in the original Dragon Quest Monsters 2. This monster is the assumed final form of Dragon Quest IV villain, Psaro the Manslayer.
Characteristics
Psycho Psaro is an evolution of the transformed Psaro, in this form his body references both of him and Estark. For example, he now has Estark's head but in fuchsia, however in thre remake it appears to be that the "head" is a helm and real head is green. He also inherits Estark's torso, now fuchsia, but with the addition of Psaro's second mouth on it. The limbs, however, are the ones from Psaro, since the color is green and some of the spikes are still in them, like the ones on the knees. One thing is added to this new appearance: a cape. This blue navy cape (dark purple in the original games) is hanging on the back of Psycho Psaro's body and he can be seen grabbing it with his left hand.
