The EvlTurtle is a monster in the game Dragon Quest VII. It can be found in the Underwater City in the past and Coral Lake in the past and present. The EvlTurtle has a rare chance of dropping an EvlTurtle Heart, allowing one party member to become an EvlTurtle when it is taken to the Temple of Dharma.
