A Div is a monster first introduced in Dragon Quest VII and later featured in the DS version of Dragon Quest IV.

Description
The Div are a demonic species that exhibit features of birds and gargoyles. They also appear only in the Fungeon of the DS version of Dragon Quest IV and are, as such, extremely dangerous. They posses a strong resilience to Fuddle, Dazzle, Crack-attribute magic, and outright immunity to Snooze. In Dragon Quest VII they appear in the Air Amulet section of the Cathedral of Blight.
