The Talaria is a pair of enchanted shoes in the Dragon Quest series. Upon being worn, they transport the wearer to a destination previously unreachable.
Appearances
Dragon Quest IV
Found in Chapter 1 by Ragnar in the Hidden Playground. It was apparently left there by Psaro's Pawn to lure the children of Strathbaile. Upon wearing it, he was whisked to Strathbaile Tower. It's one of the few items not to remain in the inventory by Chapter 5.
Dragon Quest V
Found in Chancellor Jeeves's drawers in Gotha Castle. Upon wearing it, the hero was whisked to the Northminster area, and from there attempted to rescue his wife from Knightmare Towers.
