—Hank Hoffman Jr., in Mintos (Cell phone)
Hank Hoffman, Jr. is a character in the Dragon Quest series that appears as a temporary party member in Dragon Quest IV: Chapters of the Chosen. An enterprising young man, he travels with the Chosen to learn the ways of the world.
Appearance and personality[edit]
In his original appearance, Hank Hoffman Jr. is simply dressed in a white-cuffed purple shirt with purple pants and yellow shoes. A tied white cloth is draped over his shoulders and he wears a striped red and white fez.
His redesign in subsequent remakes depicts him wearing a yellow-rimmed, white-sleeved purple tunic with a blue sash tied around his midsection. He dons baggy white breeches that are tucked into black boots. A thin rope is slinged over his right shoulder which holds up a green travellers' bag at his left hip. A tied yellow cloth is draped over his shoulders, and he wears a striped purple and white skullcap. He has unkempt blonde hair and brown eyes.
