The Healium balloon (formerly Poucher) is an enemy in Dragon Quest VII. It can be found in the Halfling's Cave in the past and the Great Lighthouse in the past.
Characteristics
Solemn floating spooks that flit about battlefields, looking for fallen fiends to heal and help. Despite their frightening faces, they've made a life long vow to look after their allies with powerful healing magic. They've even learnt the Kerplunk dance, giving their lives to save their ailing allies, healing them up to full health.
