Mirage Lake is a lake east of Asiya in Desert World in Dragon Quest Monsters 2. The lake dries up whenever anyone approaches it, making the thieves' hideout inaccessible. With the WaterCall obtained from a prisoner in Asiya, Cobi or Tara can stop the water from vanishing. The boss is a thief with a CurseLamp which will offer to join the party when it is defeated. Several Beavern return to the lake once the water is restored, one of whom will join the party if spoken to.
