The cheeky devil is a monster that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest VII. It can be found in the World's Tallest Tower in the Wetlock region and the Providence region in the past.

The cheeky devil's original Japanese name, Amanojaku, is a type of demon or oni-like creature from Japanese mythology that are known to cause mischief or perform evil deeds.
