The God will Kogane, or only Kogane, is a new monster that was introduced in Dragon Quest Monsters 2: Iru and Luca’s Marvelous Mysterious Key.
Characteristics
Kogane, like the rest of God wills, is a centaur-like monster, however he is half-monkey, not half human. His skin is pink and is covered by brown fur. Her legs end in a horse-like foot that have a golden horseshoe on it. He wears a dark grey and golden samurai armor with red details that covers his legs, arms and waist. The armor is held to his body thanks to a white and red rope belt. At his head he is seeing wearing a golden helm. Kogane wields golden two claws, fused with his golden gauntlets, two giant golden shurikens and controls two golden fish spirits that serve him as guns.

- Kogane was designed to be a guardian of the japanese region of Kansai (近畿) .
- Kogane is represented in the attire of the War Goddess Togamihime, specifically on one of the orbs that represents him and the rest of God wills, the yellow one.
