The Wayward armour, formerly known as Samyo, is a recurrent monster in the Dragon Quest series and it was introduced in Dragon Quest VI.
Characteristics
Wayward armours are animated armor monsters. Their body consists in a set of metallic red cuirass, helmet, boots and guantlets, all of them black with golden and purple details on them. Wayward armours are seen golden wielding lances, with blunted tips and a blue handgrip, and a blue shield, which are decorated with a red eye and golden details.
