The restless heart was absent from the original Famicom release, but was added later for the remakes. It gives the equipped character a Resilience bonus of 10 and the personality Plugger.
Dragon Quest VI
The restless heart can be found in Gardsbane Tower. It is also possible to get one when dropped by a defeated king slime.
