The Sol Invictus gauntlets are a powerful pair of gauntlets in Dragon Quest IX. They are the final form of the Vesta gauntlets and the most protective pair of gauntlets in the game. However, unlike many other rare pieces of equipment in the game, they have no special effects aside from the high amount of defence they provide.
